Week 18 - Green Shoots





A term being oft bandied about.
We're on week 26 so I'm not tooooo far behind!

  1. i don't know what green shoots are except maybe bean sprouts?
    but whatever that particular green-speak means, i love seeing them here, bubbling up into this abandoned and barren southwestern landscape.
    on our mythical road trip, let's go to the owens river valley -- source of some of ansel adams' most striking shots, the story behind 'chinatown' and of course, manzanar, the wwii japanese internment camp.
    i think we need to go. i think there's a fantastic series of photo-prints waiting for us there...

  2. You've not heard of green shoots? They talk about it in terms of economic recovery (Can you tell that I've been illustrating for a lot of business magazines?!) and that there are some visible 'green shoots'. But that could just be here not over your way.
    I think we should do the road trip
